Co-managed IT
You run it and we carry part of the load. Before any work starts, a written ledger says which side owns what. Ambiguity here is how co-managed arrangements rot, so the boring document comes first.
Security and continuity
Access reviewed on a calendar. Mail authenticated so nobody can send as you. Patches applied on a stated cadence. Restores rehearsed while nothing is on fire, which is the only time a rehearsal is worth anything.
Systems and web
Internal tooling and public sites. Built plainly, documented, and handed over in a state somebody else can pick up.

Can Plackart Systems take work today?
No. Articles of Organization have not been filed. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer, and no agreement can be signed until the entity is on record in Oregon.
Who would the agreement be with?
Plackart Systems itself, once it exists. It sits under a holding company, and that holding company does not sign service contracts or serve clients directly.
Do you hold our vendor accounts?
No, and this one is a settled rule rather than a preference. Your accounts stay yours, in your name, with your billing relationship intact. We administer them. If this arrangement ever ends you keep everything and change a password.
What size of organisation is this for?
Roughly five to a hundred people. Below that a managed agreement is usually poor value. Well above it, an internal team plus specific outside help tends to beat a general provider.
Why is there no phone number yet?
Because a number nobody answers is worse than no number. The contact form is read. A published line arrives with somebody rostered to pick it up.
